I Have Set My King

Four promises by God established His eternal purpose in Christ Jesus. In the beginning God promised there would be a time when Satan would be crushed in a conflict with His Son. God promised Abraham that in one of His descendants (Jesus Christ), all nations of the earth would be blessed. God promised David that He would establish an eternal dynasty in one of his descendants. With David prophesying, God promised that He would beget His Son from the grave and set Him on the throne over the Kigdom of Heaven (the Church).
